Are trade-ins accepted?
     -We accept trade-ins!. If you are interested in trading in, please email details and pictures of                    your vehicle to sales@trucknation.com with the subject formatted as:

Can I sell you my truck?
     -While we typically do not buy trucks directly from individuals, we are always more than happy               to take a look at a customer's truck and make an offer that we deem reasonable. Trucks that               we are currently looking for include:
         | Freightliner Cascadia (preferably Cummins Engine)
         | Peterbilt 379, 386, 579 (Caterpillar & Cummins Engine)
         | Kenworth T660, T680, T700, T800, W900 (Cummins Engine)

Are your trucks serviced and work ready?
     -All of our trucks are thoroughly gone through before they are listed in our inventory. Upon                     arrival, the trucks receive detailed and inspected. If any issues are found, the                                         truck will remain in the shop until it is repaired and ready for the road.
 

What comes included with the truck?
     -Every truck upon sale confirmation receives the following services free of charge:

         | DOT Inspection
         | New Mattress
         | Fire Extinguisher
         | Emergency Triangles
 

Can I take a truck for a test drive?
     -Absolutely! All we will need is a copy of your driver's license and you are good to go!
 

Can you ship a truck to me?
     -Yes we can! We have several partners who transport inventory for us anywhere in the                            continental US. For more information, please call or email a member of our sales team.
 

Do you offer warranty?
     -We offer TruNorth warranty packages ranging from 6 months/50,000 miles to                                         48 months/1,250,000 miles. The warranty covers Engine, Transmission, Turbo, and                               Aftertreatment Systems.

How big is your shop?
     -Our full-service department is employed by 5 technicians and has 6 bays for trucks. Our large               facility houses a large parts inventory to ensure a speedy turnaround time for our customer's               repairs. We receive as many as 50 trucks a month for various services and repairs.
 

What kind of services do you offer?
     -We offer services ranging from regular oil changes to complete engine rebuilds. Our shop is 
         fully supplied with all the necessary equipment and tools to perform any major or minor                       service. Including engine rebuilds, we also offer brake, HVAC, transmission, DEF system,                    differential, and DPF cleaning services at competitive rates.
 

Do I need to supply the parts for my repair?
     -No, we will handle the whole process for you.
 

What vehicles do you work on?
     -We service any Heavy-Duty vehicles, including Class 8 trucks, dump trucks, cement trucks, etc. 
         We do specialize in Freightliner, Kenworth, International, Mack, Peterbilt, and Volvo Trucks                 with Volvo, Cummins, Detroit, Caterpillar, and Paccar engines.
 

How do I schedule an appointment?
     -To schedule an appointment, please call us at (713) 673-1757 and ask for the Service                                Department. You can typically bring in your vehicle within the next business day.

What kind of credit do I need to get approved for financing?
     -Our finance team can work with all kinds of credit. Our experienced team works with our                       partnered lenders to find the best rates for you to help you get into the truck that you want. 
         We are partnered with over 20+ lenders, some of which focus on second chance financing. So
         whether you have a credit score of 440 or 700, we can get you into the truck that you want!
 

What kind of down-payment do I need?
     -The amount of the down-payment required is dependent on several factors. Lenders take                     many things, such as CDL history, credit history, financing history, and owner/op. history into
         account. Typically, banks will ask for 10%-35% down. It all depends on your credit history and             the truck you are interested in. For more information, please email or call us and ask to speak
         with our finance team.
 

How long does it take to get an approval?
     -Once we have received your credit application, it can be as little as a few hours to a day to 
         receive an approval. Many times, we will receive an approval the same day if we receive an 
         application in the morning.
 

Once I have been approved, how long do I have to wait until I can take my truck?
     -Once we have received your approval, it can take anywhere from one day to a week to release            the truck to you. It all depends on how quickly the customer can submit the required                            documents to us and on how long it takes for the lender to release the funds to us.
